Barley grains topped with mushrooms, spinach, yellow capsicum, zucchini, beansprouts, and carrot. Interesting to have barley as a substitute for rice, which had a mild nutty scent and crunchy texture! Overall a tasty and healthy with a variety of whole foods. I especially liked the housemade Korean chilli paste and kimchi (*both contain alliums; allium-free alternatives are sesame oil and soy sauce). Omitted the poached egg for a vegan option, would have been good if tofu could have been offered as a substitute! ($20)
