Barley grains topped with mushrooms, spinach, yellow capsicum, zucchini, beansprouts, and carrot. Interesting to have

barley as a substitute for rice, which had a mild nutty scent and crunchy texture! Overall a tasty and healthy with a variety of whole foods. I especially liked the housemade Korean chilli paste and kimchi (*both contain alliums; allium-free alternatives are sesame oil and soy sauce). Omitted the poached egg for a vegan option, would have been good if tofu could have been offered as a substitute! ($20)

Classic Korean dish! Can’t go wrong with bibimbap - the combination of vegetables, sesame sauce

and barley rice made for a delicious dish.

Dish is colourful and came with sesame oil, kimchi and korean chilli paste, not forgetting

seaweed in a pack. The barley grains are tasty and together with the vegetables have very good bite. Portion size is good. Lovely meal

A delicious bimbimbap from Am I Addicted! It tastes just as good as it looks

😊

The basis is barley rice, which changes from your usual Korean go to dish. It its topped with a generous amount of wholesome veggies: carrot, spinach, yellow capsicum, cucumber, bean sprout, and the vegan version has some mushrooms in replacement of the egg!

It comes with tiny bowls of equally yummy Korean chili paste, kimchi and sesame oil, as well as some dried seaweed that you can all add yourself to chose the amount you want to put on your dish. Personally used all the ingredients brought and it was perfectly seasoned this way!

Loved how the veggies were crunchy and paired so nicely with the seasoning ingredients previously mentioned. The seaweed brought a surprisingly nice saviury taste to the dish. The Korean chili paste was absolutely delicious and brought, along with the kimchi, a good spicy kick to the dish.

A really nice (both good looking and delicious) and filling main from the Korean café! It is priced $20++.

Totally different from the usual bibimbap. Less of the gochujjang. Uses barley rice instead od

normal rice. I feel like this is a salad rather than a korean bibimbap. Taste is good overall.

Bibimbap can hardly go wrong. Eventhough barley rice was used instead of regular rice, it

was still really tasty. The dish was served with a sauce, sesame oil and kimchi! Really loved it.

The bibimbap was made with barley rice and loved the rice. The bibimbap was good.

Serving wise it would have been best if the seaweed was served in a dish instead of a packet that to be opened.

It was one of my very first bibimbap and I really loved it: you could

really taste all the ingredients and the mix is absolutely amazing!

Would definitely order this again, really good balance of flavours and textures. The barley rice

went really well with the rest of the ingredients. Overall, a fave!
