Vegan since 2017. Decided to go vegetarian in 2016 and subsequently vegan out of animal compassion. The health and environmental benefits were an added bonus.
Loved this vadai - it’s more like a falafel in texture. The dip was nice as well.
The South Indian thali is nice - a good balance of flavours. If you order it make sure you tell them “vegan” so they will omit the dessert and the yoghurt.
The ngoh Hiang was the best, the dumplings were also nice - the sweet potato fritter a bit too sweet.
Hands down the best dish we had. The tangy assam, the tasty tempeh - and perfectly cooked in an umami curry.
This tasted really good, I’m a big petai lover and chose this one which has red sambal and isn’t too spicy. The “eel” has a nice chewy texture.
This is really unique, the soup is tangy and refreshing with veggies and cold noodles. Was perfect on a hot day for lunch. The condiments are complimentary for all diners and can be refilled.
This is a great bar bite or appetiser - really nicely seasoned and with various types of mushrooms. I like that they added some carrot strips and spring onions to give it a bit of freshness.
