Toronto Vegan Doctor? Does anyone know of any good family medical doctors that are good with vegans? My previous doctor has retired and I’d like to find someone who excellent with vegans. I am looking for a collaborator more

I discovered these delicious buns at my local No Frills a few weeks ago and I have been buying them ever since! They are delicious and versatile! Also, they are explicitly marked as vegan. Yay! Love them!

Speaking of sauces (I just did another review on a sauce), this one has also been a favourite of mine! Can’t go wrong with this one. I like to add it to my vegan meat pasta sauce! Delicious but don’t over do it! A little goes a long way!

I don’t know about you guys but I live for sauces, especially hot sauces and this one is by far my favourite! It’s hot but not crazy hot and it makes everything more delicious! I love having it on my vegan burritos! Delicious!

This is a great new format! Tastes a little different from the round style, so I don’t know if they changed the recipe too. I have only had it plain so far but I’m looking forward to trying it for a grilled cheese sandwich!

Being of German background, sauerkraut was a staple in my youth. Not my favourite at the time but I’ve rediscovered it lately and find I truly enjoy it. This is the best version I’ve found and I love it. Highly recommended! more

This stuff is the bomb! Use it anywhere you would use ground beef. I like to mix it with some pasta sauce to make a nice vegan meat sauce to go over pasta. My ex used to make vegan chilli with it which always turned out more
