Not impressed by the meltyness but there was a strong sense of flavor. When it
comes to Daiya, I prefer the flavor of the cheddar but the melt of the Swiss. But I still have more exploring to do. I also reviewed this cheese on my vegan cooking show Trying Vegan with Mario on Roku.

Ok so these were so much better than the Daiya Swiss slices! I made my
favorite #minimalistbaker brown rice and black bean burger again and tried these slices that my mom brought over to Singapore 🇸🇬 from New York. I love playing around with the best way to melt these slices and find that giving them a couple of minutes to soften and then throwing a bit of water on the side of the pan and putting a lid on does the trick.
Overall I’m still debating whether this stuff makes me crave the real stuff or if I’m better off not using it at all!

Looks like cheese, smells like cheese. Its’s creamy like cheese, with only a slight difference
in mouthfeel (this has a slight, fine grittiness, maybe the pea protein?). Got it on sale a while ago and it still would have been good for another few months in the fridge. Overall maybe 85-90% as good as dairy cheese, without having to torture animals to get it, so the decision is pretty easy. #ditchdairy #abillionlove
