My wife loves this cheeze and it’s one of the cheapest cheese alternatives where I live! Like most vegan cheeze it doesn’t melt quickly, but it can and does melt if you’re patient enough. Random side note, if you freeze the cheeze it becomes crumbly but the taste stays the same!
