Bacon Scallops

I really liked the outside - the tempeh bacon was very tasty. The inside was a mushroom and didn't have as much taste. All the dishes here have a great presentation.

The wrapped bacon is made from tempeh (really nice seasoning, can be a bit more crunchy in my opinion); really tasty king oyster mushroom scallops, and a nice pea purée to go with it. Lovey starter!
