This jackfruit salad is super delicious and packed with flavors! It’s a fun combination of grilled jackfruit with wakame seaweed, Mexican flavors (guacamole, coriander, fresh corn).
Soooo crunchy, full of flavors, the coated seasonings are so so good. A tiny bit salty to eat on its own.
It’s good but comparing to the other options it lacks a little bit of flavors/taste.
Yummmmyyyyyyyyy! The middle eastern flavors really add to the dish
This is the best dish I’ve tried at the restaurant so far. But make sure to ask for vegan Parmesan because they have both vegetarian and vegan option (otherwise you’d end up with feta cheese in your plate like I did)
The wrapped bacon is made from tempeh (really nice seasoning, can be a bit more crunchy in my opinion); really tasty king oyster mushroom scallops, and a nice pea purée to go with it. Lovey starter!
This mushroom tandoori is the best tandoori dish I’ve ever tried! So flavorful (def on the spicy kick) and the mushroom is juicy. So good!
I had this in Dalcheeni in Ho Chi Minh city (but can’t find the restaurant on the list)
The quinoa is mixed with puff rice to add a bit of crunchiness to the dish, good portion and healthy
its soooo gooooddd!! The mushroom pieces soak up the marinate perfectly, it’s a bit spicy (chili oil lemongrass ..) but it goes so well together
They can make a lot of things vegan here (not written in the menu so ask for them). This salad is crunchy, full of flavors, the fresh herbs and fresh young papaya work great together
