Bacon Scallops at Wild Thyme — trangdang's Review (Nov 21, 2020)

The wrapped bacon is made from tempeh (really nice seasoning, can be a bit more crunchy in my opinion); really tasty king oyster mushroom scallops, and a nice pea purée to go with it. Lovey starter!
