Veg tamale

A steamed corn cake with a stuffing of mushrooms and Spinach. Haven't eaten this in any other Mexican place in Singapore. The corn bread was soft and aromatic but the stuffing was quite bland.

Never had this earlier. This is some kind of flour which tasted a little like bread and the filling was veggies and mushrooms. Enjoyed the dish and the setting.
