Made from scratch and you can taste it! Brilliant flavors in this dish.  This is a spicy coconut soup with rice noodles, tofu puffs, seared Hodo yuba, roasted honeynut squash, urfa chili sambal, laksa leaves and pepita and garlic chili crisp. The Hodo Yuba was my favorite! This Laksa has so much depth. It definitely has heat and also sweetness from the squash. I loved ALL the flavors 🤤 I spent 4 months in Malaysia and ate a lot of Laksa. I don't remember trying any like this but that doesn't mean I didn't love it! Apparently there are dozens of styles of Laksa and I want to try them all 🍜😍🍜 #veganisnotscary #veganin2023 #spicy #squash #laksa

If you are ever in the San Francisco Bay Area make an effort to visit this amazing restaurant, conveniently located downtown Oakland. The food here is delicious. The flavors are so complex. This soup was so good - I could drink the broth straight! Note: It is a very small restaurant (less than 10 tables) and as a result, when you make a reservation, you have to pay a $20 per person deposit. That gets refunded to your card as soon as you arrive. They specialize in locally sourced produce from area farmers markets. I will definitely return and highly recommend!
