Laksa at Lion Dance Café — ani's Review (Dec 15, 2023)

Made from scratch and you can taste it! Brilliant flavors in this dish.  This is a spicy coconut soup with rice noodles, tofu puffs, seared Hodo yuba, roasted honeynut squash, urfa chili sambal, laksa leaves and pepita and garlic chili crisp. The Hodo Yuba was my favorite! This Laksa has so much depth. It definitely has heat and also sweetness from the squash. I loved ALL the flavors 🤤
I spent 4 months in Malaysia and ate a lot of Laksa. I don't remember trying any like this but that doesn't mean I didn't love it!
Apparently there are dozens of styles of Laksa and I want to try them all 🍜😍🍜
