If you are ever in the San Francisco Bay Area make an effort to visit this amazing restaurant, conveniently located downtown Oakland. The food here is delicious. The flavors are so complex. This soup was so good - I could drink the broth straight! Note: It is a very small restaurant (less than 10 tables) and as a result, when you make a reservation, you have to pay a $20 per person deposit. That gets refunded to your card as soon as you arrive.

They specialize in locally sourced produce from area farmers markets.

I will definitely return and highly recommend!
