tasted nice with a good amount of spice. lacked veggies for my taste, but this
dish is sure to please any meat eating friends who hesitated to join you for a vegan meal. we had it with sesame naan which is probably my favorite bread at gokul.

feels like meat, you can’t tell the difference especially when it’s drenched in such a rich sauce. And it’s really quite spicy 🌶🔥👍🏼
the area, i come here almost everyday. I especially love the Laksa and the chicken rice.
glad to be able to enjoy this dish, veganized!
sure but it’s knocking up the right alley in any case 😋
It’s super #gao so I’d pair it with a lighter grain, maybe #jeera rice instead of #biryani 🍚 It’s by no means #spicy if that’s a concern for you but overall just perfectly indulgent. The #mutton they used seems to be the same as per their #briyani and again it makes a perfect case for it because in spite, they both tasted so different.
It’s got #lemongrass & #kaffirlime, the latter definitely being non-negotiable in any rendang I’d make so they’re definitely scoring points here. Only nitpick is that it doesn’t taste as coconut forward as I’d like — Malaysian rendang usually having #kerisik / #coconut shavings but it’s really a matter of preference and choice for the end result desired 🥥 This gets a stamp of approval from me 👍

meat. The dishes represent Asia and our culture.
top notch and lovely staff too 😋 #abillionturns3
sure to keep you on your toes 🤤
loved it
texture of the mutton itself isn't close to actual mutton I feel, but is decent!
