4th course: creamy and dreamy risotto with mushrooms. I asked the owner/chef about a subtle sweetness, which is the result of the herb "febrella" native to the Valencia region. Amazing. I've included a photo of one of the herbs growing on the premises, you can see its color sprinkled on the plate. #kimberleepower #refugiotheanimalacademy
