Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich

Yum. Huge. The Cookie Monster ice cream was a fun color but nothing spectacular flavor-wise, it could have used more cookies. But the salted caramel cookies from Vegan East were excellent as always! #roosterredemption

Amazing! You can build your own sandwich by choosing between two kinds of cookies and any of their vegan ice creams as the filling. I chose the classic chocolate chip cookies with vanilla inside. Both the cookies and ice cream were so delicious and made for a fanastic combination. Neither my friend nor I were able to quite finish our sandwich because it’s so huge and filling. Highly recommended! #roosterredemption
