Review of Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich at Crepe and Spoon by jknopp

Amazing! You can build your own sandwich by choosing between two kinds of cookies and any of their vegan ice creams as the filling. I chose the classic chocolate chip cookies with vanilla inside. Both the cookies and ice cream were so delicious and made for a fanastic combination. Neither my friend nor I were able to quite finish our sandwich because it’s so huge and filling.
