Kway teow noodles stir-fried with lots of sweet basil, baby corn, broccoli florets, and cherry tomatoes. Featuring #sglocal #foreverbyshandiglobal 'chicken' pieces made using non-GMO pea protein, chickpeas, quinoa, flaxseeds, and brown rice. The slightly charred 'chicken' was impressively tender and toothsome in this dish! (Swipe to see a close-up of the 'chicken'~) I initially thought this dish would be similar to the Vegan Stir-Fried Kway Teow with OnlyEg & Black Soy Sauce, but it tasted distinctly different, with a spicy and umami flavour profile. Amazing rendition of Phad Kee Mao; would highly recommend ordering it! Seasonal special item available for a limited time period from 13 September to 15 October 2023! Really appreciate how vegan-friendly Bangkok Jam's menu is, as well as the fact that they collaborate with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives! Slightly Spicy Vegan Kway Teow with seitan is a delectable variation of the classic Southeast Asian noodle dish, boasting a gentle kick of heat. The dish features flat rice noodles stir-fried with a flavorful combination of seitan, a plant-based protein source, along with an array of colorful vegetables. The addition of a mildly spicy sauce elevates the flavors, creating a satisfying and cruelty-free rendition of this beloved dish for those who prefer vegan options.
