It's really tasty and light. It's really delicious and I appreciate that it is not fried but baked!
It tastes good but it doesn't resemble mozzarella at all. It is a soft cheese. The texture is similar to mozzarella but drier.
I liked it. The texture is perfect. It needs to be flavoured with sauces or condiments because the flavour is meaty but not savory.

A little bit too salty for me because I'm used to use tamari. Eventually the taste is good. It is smoked.
