I could eat this every day of my life. There was a tomato confit bruschetta on the menu that they were unfortunately out of, so instead they were doing an heirloom tomato and fig confit. So, so, so good… tons of flavor… highly recommend.

AMAZING. One of the specials this weekend at Veg Cafe. Fluffy biscuits with impossible sausage gravy. This was to die for.

Great tasting sauce! Did not have to add anything to make it tastier.

Very good vegan Parmesan. The taste is solid though. The texture is shredded but still works well.

Absolutely delicious. Topped with TJ’s tomato basil sauce and vegan parm. Would eat every night.
