Perfect for pizza… noodles… spaghetti.. lasagna… etc. I have used this for so many dishes
.. takes a little coaching to melt .. but it does melt ..

it is pretty good sprinkled on soup, pasta, or any warm meal, for that matter.
i keep it in the freezer so it doesn't go bad. i might sprinkle some on next time i make pizza. #veganisnotscary is over, i think but i want to see the ticker hit 1M.
