Heirloom Tomato & Fig Confit Bruschetta

I could eat this every day of my life. There was a tomato confit bruschetta

on the menu that they were unfortunately out of, so instead they were doing an heirloom tomato and fig confit. So, so, so good… tons of flavor… highly recommend.
