navigating veganism after bariatric surgery previous longtime vegetarian who is ditching dairy cheese (and other animal byproducts) for good

This hummus was really good. I didn’t realize it said it was best consumed within 3-5 days though. It also has a little less protein than I thought hummus had. It was a good deal for the price and I’ll definitely get it again.

My dad picked me up this little burrito 🌯 so I had it today for breakfast. Or at least around half of it anyway. It was really good and includes a meatless chorizo, tofu scramble, and Violife cheese. Although I loved it, more

I was at the Beaufort with some family and this was their one vegan dish (they have a number of vegetarian ones that may be able to be finessed though, mostly cheese would have to be removed). I kind of didn’t think to grab more

I kind of ripped right into the package before taking a photo. Smells nasty, tastes nasty raw, but when cooked into a plant based egg (JUST egg) it was pretty decent, minus the smell. Seemed to melt alright. My dad picked more

I would have a better picture but the corner of the label on the back was peeled off slightly and then my cat has been playing with it and ripping it all the way around 😂 I got this protein because it was high in protein more

I loved everything bagels, so having a seasoning with the things that make everything bagels so tasty is amazing. This is just a brand I found on Amazon but it’s pretty good. I don’t know if I’m technically supposed to have more

Here is the vanilla counterpart of the Belsoy puddings. I definitely prefer the chocolate as it seems thicker and tastier but the vanilla is alright too. It does have a more “soy” taste than the dark chocolate one which more
