I was at the Beaufort with some family and this was their one vegan dish (they have a number of vegetarian ones that may be able to be finessed though, mostly cheese would have to be removed). I kind of didn’t think to grab a photo until after I ate. The beyond burger comes with the famous beyond patty on a vegan brioche bun (which I can’t really eat fully yet) and a good stack of veggies. The condiments come on the side so there’s no actual vegan sauce already on it to make it different. You can order with fries or salad.
