Excellent “egg” substitute 🙌!! This makes a perfect 🤩 omelette like the one I made

this morning for breakfast !! We love ❤️ #justegg products! You would never imagine this being made from #mungbeans!! If you want to add extra seasoning just add to the #justegg bottle, shake and pour into your pan!!

I finally made it to our Greenwise Market to purchase several vegan products. Just Egg

has been on that list for a while and when I got home, my non-vegan (thus far) spouse was willing to try a vegan breakfast for dinner.

So I scrambled the Just Eggs, cooked the gardein breakfast saus’ge patties, sautéed some chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh basil, and added his homemade toasted brioche with Miyoko’s Creamery cultured vegan butter and served it with his favorite new beverage, Moolah plant-based chocolate bananamilk (I had the plain bananamilk), and he loved it. Several times he said “I can’t believe these aren’t chicken eggs! I can’t tell a difference!” BINGO! He loved everything else too! So Just Eggs will be a staple in our fridge. Winner, Winner, Vegan Dinner!!!

The only thing I used to miss about being vegan was eggs in the morning!

But this is a great replacement! I usually scramble them but sometimes we even make a quiche with it!! So good and the kids love it with some dairy free cheese on top. #justegg #veganeggs #veganbreakfast

Made scrambled eggs with vegan cheese. Did not have much of a taste but I

liked it with the vegan cheese, salt, and pepper. Easy to make and scrambles up like bird eggs. #animalplace
