Just casually making a big batch of #Impossible chilli

Throwback to the time I made #Polenta with lentil and mushroom bolognese. Real simple #Vegan #Italian made with vegetable stock bullions, salt, pepper, homemade cashew milk..ok maybe not that simple.

Do it for the #PetsOfAbillion, but also for all other animals.

Decided to splurge once in a while. While the plantbased patty lacked a ‘meaty’ bite, it was delicious nonetheless. The greens, onions and tomatoes were fresh, and the cabbage salad was delightfully tangy just like it should.
