Well, thought it can replace the melty cheese on our homemade pizza. It doesn’t really ‘melt’, also doesn’t taste much. But it does the job to look like cheese at least!

It is a vegan version of the traditional, signature ikea meatball. Somehow I like the vegan version even better than original version (I already forgot how it tasted like, because I ate the meat version many years ago). more
