Chunks of vegetables you can actually see, these vege balls from Ikea are packed full

of natural flavour. We pan fried these with a polenta mash, broccoli and mushrooms and it was the perfect meal. The balls retained moisture and didn’t crumble apart as we were noshing. This will definitely be on rotation in our meal plans, highly recommend!!

I'm not much of a meat alternative gal (I'll stick with the simple tofu, tyvm).

So when my mom got these for me from Ikea, I was hesitant. I had no reason to be because these ROCKED! I hoarded the heck out of these things lol! I made some for my lunches for the week, then hoarded them for a month and we ate the rest of them the other night, just by themselves - they are that good. Defs going to stock up on these next time I'm at Ikea :) #veganisnotscary

Always seems to be an absurd amount in the package and they last a long

time. True veggie balls in that you can see corn, peas etc Not trying to be meat! #blackgoat
