Omg this dish. I love everything about it, the tofu that's soft, thick and full of flavour, the potatoes and vegetables underneath with amazing texture... Definitely recommend it.

Very cheap and a perfectly good substitute for dairy cream. Use only if the dish doesn't require whipping, as they are not suited for it.

Good flavour, the texture is the aspect that doesn't really convinces me, but that's the thing with Soft Bakes. But if you like a softer cookie, the flavour is top notch.
