I remember how the non-vegan versions taste like and these are quite close to it. Even better because they are vegan of course! I’ve tried vegan versions of these and I think Mezzaluna does it the best. #rifugiomiletta

Panna cotta salata?? Savoury panna cotta?? Ingenious! Absolutely delicious, the caramelised pumpkin made it extra special. There was a crispy bit of pumpkin at the top too. I still dream of this dish! #rifugiomiletta

Delicious, and very flavourful! The seitan strips were well-spiced and the turmeric rice added such a lovely contrast to it and the vegetables. Very cute place too and affordable! #rifugiomiletta
