I have been happy with the miyoko vegan butter products I have tried. This spreadable kind is made with oatmilk. The flavor is good, although I prefer a pinch more salt. It spreads easily after tempering from the fridge for a few minutes.
These have good flavor in cookies and melt well if mixing in a batter or making a sauce. Pricier than brands that contain dairy but I'm hoping the price will come down if more people start buying them.
These are expensive but come pretty close to scrambled eggs. I would only eat egg substitute if I was having a craving for an omelet on wrap. They worked well in pancakes. I'm rating them just ok because there are other more
I baked these to save the calories from frying. They weren't as crispy as I was expecting but I like the slight chewiness from the wheat better. Used them for tacos but I bet they'll be perfect for enchiladas. Good flavor, not too salty.

I think these are wonderful, my non V

I've made lasagna and pizza with these. Both turned out well and tasted good. Even my non vegan family members enjoy this cheese alternative.
