So Tofurkey has been around a while and I still am addicted to their sausages. My favourite thing to do is to fry em up until they are crispy outside and dip them in hotsauce/ketchup, as a snack. My dogs get very very interested in these delicious babies too 😁

I think these are wonderful, my non V husband did not care for them. I think he will like them after a few.more tries. Thinly slicing them on the bias and sauteing with onions and peppers make a quick easy dinner over rice or on a roll. Great flavor!
Great job, Tofurky!! Texture, taste, and nutrition are all terrific! I used this andouille tofurkey in my five-bean chili! Also added some Boca veggie crumbles! Wow! Perfect chili meal on a rather chilly summer day!
These are really tasty and flavorful! They have a decent kick to them and were delicious with some polenta. #freshthyme
