Probamos el menú degustación y estuvo genial. El precio fue de 20€ (15 entre semana) e incluye una bebida de la carta.
Estaba todo muy bueno, era variado y se notaba el cariño puesto en la receta.

The most adécuate substitute I found for recipes which use cream. It supports higher temperatures and also works cold. A catch.
