cheesecake was light and heavenly, and the custard layer underneath the burnt sugar was the real deal. Spectacular. I couldn’t tell you what the base biscuit was, nor did I care, but most importantly it didn’t detract from the star of the show, which were the two layers above. Just as it should be.
