Cheesecake Con Creme Brulee at Frutas Prohibidas — Madeleine's Review (Jun 21, 2024)

It had the classic hard layer of sugar glass on top which cracked perfectly!! The cheesecake was light and heavenly, and the custard layer underneath the burnt sugar was the real deal. Spectacular. I couldn’t tell you what the base biscuit was, nor did I care, but most importantly it didn’t detract from the star of the show, which were the two layers above. Just as it should be.
