This is definitely the best cheese substitute i ever tried. It really tastes good! It also gives you some proteins, since it's made with cashews.

A perfect substitute for butter in all its uses. It's not a traditional margarine, therefore, you don't have to worry about the trans-fats issue. At least, i am almost sure about it :)

i find most of cheese substitutes around disappointing, but this one is perfect for making vegan cheeseburgers. Nutritional values aren't good and it's not good to eat alone, but your cheeseburgers will taste great
