Empiezo el Haul del Veganz de Berlín. Imprescindible si vais.
Este queso fermentado de anacardos costó

5.9€ y tenía 125g si no recuerdo mal. Es el queso fermentado más barato que he comprado nunca y estaba igual de bueno que el de otras marcas.
Así que a ponerse las pilas!

The closest thing I've eaten to Camembert. Moreover, without that “manure taste” typical of industrial

Camembert. On a cutting board with veg meats and other vegetable cheeses it looks great.

La cosa più simile che io abbia mangiato al camembert. Oltretutto senza quel gusto di stallatico tipico del camembert industriale. In un tagliere con affettati veg e altri formaggi vegetali fa un figurone. A prova di onnivoro.
