Probably the best sushi I ever had. My favourites from the box were: 1. Spicy maki - I have no words, just excessive saliva. 2. Gunkan cheesecake - the cashew cream is perfect, and the raspberry caviale gives it lovely balance.

Also called the pizza roll in my family. Creamy with an intense tomato taste. Super mouthwatering!

The melon flavour didn't come through much, I have to say, but that's completely fine. Instead there was a wonderful surprise that was a little sour and sweet at the same time.

Gooooood! Loved the freshness of the caviale, loved the mayo, didn't notice the pine nuts, but I wasn't missing anything. Maybe it was there and just blended in magically...

Arepa with black beans, fried banana and avocado. Super filling, loved the sweetness of the banana together with salty beans and then the creaminess of avocado. Could have maybe used some pico del gallo or just tomatoes for some freshness.

Fried yucca with pico de gallo. So I managed to mess the plate with some avocado sauce, but ok, it was very good. Almost like fried potatoes. Loved the crunch together with the freshness from pico de gallo.

So good, so crunchy, amazing light avocado sauce, omg, give me more! There were actually four pieces, but I had already devoured one, before remembering to take a picture.

A sandwich with avocado cream, zucchinis, cherry tomatoes and mint emulsion. I chose it because of the cherry tomatoes and have to say it was quite good, but maybe because it was already quite late and I was by the lake more

Quick and easy nuggets to eat if you want to have carefree meal. 12 pieces inside so could be a snack for two. Taste is quite good, would buy again.

As raw bars go, I would say it was very good, not the best bar I ever had. I enjoyed whole pieces of nuts and cocoa nibs inside.
