Busy day today! Achieved two firsts; one was baking bread (focaccia) in the amazing @remoska.original, and the second was making plant based mozzarella cheeze from my @delidevi_phangan course!

manjugarg Great . I used to make my peanut 🥜 milk yogurt . And have tried to make oat milk . With small amount of oats gave so much milky I couldn’t finish in time . And become lazy 😘

Got the chance to try the Honestly Tasty cheezes at the VegFest and LOVED them, so I bought all three 😁.

Hands down THE BEST vegan ice cream I've had! I beyond LOVE their little van, which was parked at the VegFest indoor venue, with a long queue of people excitedly and patiently waiting to get their cold treats.
