I am in love with this cheese. Gouda taste is good. (Could be stronger) but no offensive after taste that some vegan cheeses have. The melt factor is awesome and it's so creamy.

OMG!!! Yes!!! This cheese is perfect. No offensive smell. Melts perfectly. Made a grilled cheese with it and was in love!
