Pizza Classics is a dive bar type pizza joint that offers some vegan products including pizza with vegan cheese that I think might be Daiya and vegan ranch. The pizza is not the best but it is a decent option and reasonably priced.
Any way you slice it, Lil’ Nonna’s is the BEST vegan pizza around! They have thin crust and a thick Sicilian crust. Pictured above are the Sicilian slices, one with homemade mozzarella and one with basil and homemade almond more
Over the hot, hot Summer in Texas, I discovered chilled soba with tofu. So easy, light and refreshing on a hot day!
Go Macro bars are reliably tasty! This isn’t my favorite flavor but it’s a good one!
I prefer the Annie’s vegan mac but only the GF free version was available and the Daiya was a better price at that!

This Gardein product was incredibly disappointing. I will not be spending my money on it again. It was very bland, had not even a handful of sausage slices or other veggie and no okra as pictured. Totally blah.
Pasha is one of my fave spots. It isn’t vegan but has plenty of mind blowing vegan options. Pictured here is a vegetable plate with just 3 (there are more) of the vegan veggies. Dolmas, tabbouleh and pasha potatoes. So, so good!
