These soba noodles have a great texture and are perfect cold with veggies, sesame seeds and a sesame tamarind ginger dressing. This has been one of my favorite dishes to make this summer and it's funny that it's one of the most stereotypically vegan: avocado, kale, and buckwheat noodles. I'd like to try using them in a soup this winter. #noodles #vpantry #asianfood #japanese
