IBS Omnivore with a Vegan Mother. Here to look for alternatives for my mother so that she can have some varieties in life while I explore something different.
I ordered their pho. I would've preferred the coriander isn't throw in as a whole, including the stem. The pho tasted alright, not mind-blowing enough to convert me to vegetarian pho. Great for vegetarian craving for Vietnamese food.
Mother ordered the summer roll to try. The sauce provided wasn't enough for us. We didn't like it, so would not order this again.
The chef was accommodating and picked out all the mock meat in the spaghetti when I told him I don't eat it. It isn't mind-blowing, but it's not too heavy tasting. You'll feel full after eating this.
The presentation is great. This taste good. I would have this again.
Looks slightly better than the sushi. It tasted a bit harder than it's competitor. Doesn't taste good on it's own and doesn't pair well with soy sauce. I wouldn't have this again.
