Zalmon Zashimi

First time trying vegan sashimi. I think this is made of konjac. While the texture

isnt really there due to lack of fata, the taste was surprisingly pretty close to actual one. It kinda shocked my non vegan friends as well. Its worth a try but doesnt have the wow factor for me. I will probably still go for other more popular dishes

Looks slightly better than the sushi. It tasted a bit harder than it's competitor. Doesn't

taste good on it's own and doesn't pair well with soy sauce. I wouldn't have this again.

Ordered this out of curiosity not out of love for salmon. Not a good judge

of it as I am not a fan of salmon. I guess it had no fish flavour, just plain konjac type of thing. The look and feel were realistic.

Kinda slim and texturally forgettable. Failed to excite on the whole
