Zalmon Zashimi at Saute Sushi — A's Review (Jul 3, 2022)

First time trying vegan sashimi. I think this is made of konjac. While the texture isnt really there due to lack of fata, the taste was surprisingly pretty close to actual one. It kinda shocked my non vegan friends as well. Its worth a try but doesnt have the wow factor for me. I will probably still go for other more popular dishes
