I am studying as a nutritional specialist. Was vegetarian 2 +years, now I am an Advocate of Low fat whole food plant based diet 70% starch based nutrition. Wel blanced Vegan diet is the key to health.
Absolutely terrible. This is not comparable with Cheese.

Well i honestly hate mayonnaise, and i was hiping this would be more like Miracle Wip.
I was not impressed, but its just mot for me.
Nutritionally speeking, this is junk food. Only oil and fat. 1mg calcium and 3mg potassium. more
I love this product! It has rhe perfect texture for all things.
What i like most is the texture, this is NOT creamy, its like 2% milk only With an oaty flavor.
The texture dose not hold up in sauce. It needs to be harder, dryer, chewing. So you can use it in dishes with out turning to mush.
I love this product, i buy it often. I only wish it came in non-plastic packaging and a family value size with 12 patties.
