I haven't had Mayo in years. I honestly forgot how tasty it was! I made

In my opinion, doesn't taste the same as non-vegan mayo, its not as sour or

as strong. However, the taste of this in itself is very nice! A little sweet, very creamy, nice texture. A bit expensive though. Would still recommend as a mayonaise substitute.
