Am happy to find this place in the heartlands. Pretty value for money, and good taste too!!

Agreed with earlier review; refreshing to have a sichuan based dish; not bad, but not good enough to want to go back for more

Got this after an hour of waiting. The Omni luncheon tastes good, as it is preseasoned from the pack(have been doing it at home); unfortunately served cold on the stew. Vegan cheese and the soup base is good, esp if you more

Newly opened vegan restaurant in singapore; sweet potato fries is nice n crisp. But beware! The waiting time from order to serve is almost an hour! Got this dish as their service recovery as we were waiting for our main orders to appear.

Great dish for vegetarians. Tastes exactly like, if not better than, the non veg counterparts. Light but savory, perfect on a cold day

photo of Yi Xin Vegetarian Vegetarian Pork Ribs Hor Fun shared by @halin on 21 Jul 2020 - review

Nice and tasty horfun that packs a punch of flavor, topped with vegetarian “fried pork fat” pieces made from seaweed. “Pork rib” pieces are probably from commercial source but nicely grilled before topped onto the horfun. more

photo of Yi Xin Vegetarian Fried Carrot cake shared by @halin on 21 Jul 2020 - review

The carrot cake is a touch disappointing given the standard of their other dishes. Carrot cake itself is too firm, even after frying. Touch too oily. To give credit seasoning is tasty but lots of other better options out there.

tracygreengoddess Any recommendations for good vegan carrot cake that's not too oily? Reply
halin @tracygreengoddess Hi Tracy if you are a strict vegan I would recommend Lingzhi though their carrot cake is HK style ( in pieces) rather than local SG type. Can also try Shu vegetarian restaurant carrot cake, it’s local style(white) and comes with options of with egg or egg-less. Reply
tracygreengoddess @halin thanks! So hard to find decent onesReply

Love it, tastes like the non-veg original, but better as no cuttlefish is hurt in the process of making this dish :D nice bee hoon, vegetable, veg-cuttlefish and sweet sauce combination with affordable price. What more can you ask for?

Great choice of Mala Tang ingredients, lots of vegetables and not so spicy, suitable for those who can’t take too much chili but still loves the taste of Mala. Not so much of ‘wok hey’ compared to others but you don’t have more

Nice crispy fried patty and chewy noodles that hardly go soft even with take away. Taste better than most non vegetarian counterparts and very affordable too. $4.50/ plate.
