This food truck serves up solid plant-based burgers made with Impossible patties and Tindle chicken. Think fluffy buns, creative flavours (I love the Thai-inspired 'One Night In Bangkok') and plenty of flavour.

Fantastic fishless fillets without the fishiness, tastes like fish though the texture is closer to a fishstick. Great with some lemon juice 🍋

First time trying Unlimeat and it's a great product, Happy Beef has a solid texture that lends itself to a good stir-fry that incidentally makes for a tasty wok hei-filled dish.
