I really enjoyed this. It's a tiny bit crumbly and the icing is sweet , but look how pretty it is! A nice treat with a cup of coffee.
There aren't many vegan options in Carluccio's Cafe ( within Sainsbury's supermarket)

This is a versatile product but mostly I make it into a dip for my fruit. Shame it has sugar, but its still good nutrition. Gluten free.

I found this in a local store in Wolverhampton but it's available online too.

You'll need to like sauerkraut if you want to try this! And unusually it contains dried fruit in the form of raisins and more
