And unusually it contains dried fruit in the form of raisins and prunes. It has a deeply savoury taste thanks to the addition of dried shitake mushrooms. I really like it. I used to get this really delicious German sauerkraut from Sainsburys, it was like a stewed cabbage dish, but alas no more. This is a close second. This is a pasteurised product and not raw, meaning long shelf life. Its amazing on a burger ! Bigos Burgers are deffo a thing in our house now 😃 #glutenfree
